Analyzing Corporate Job and Home Based Business

Corporate Job or Home Based Business? Which is the best for our present and future?

Corporate Job is when we are working FOR a company and Home Based Business is when we are working WITH a company FOR ourselves.

Whenever I asked an employee in a Corporate World on if they were interested in doing a Home Based Business? Many of them would say NO! I am a very curious person, I like to ask questions so I always ask them for the reasons on why are they not interested in Home Based Business? I would hear tons of advantages of working in a Corporate World and disadvantages of Home Based Businesses. Then I went to the Entrepreneurs who were operating a Home Based Business and I asked them for the reason they are working FOR themselves and not FOR the Corporate.  Unlike corporate employees, I got many advantages of Home Based Businesses and disadvantages of Corporate Jobs.

I then decided to analyze all the advantages and disadvantages of Corporate World and Home Based Business. Here is my analysis:

One of my good friend (and ofcourse myself) working in the Corporate World told me that his company provides him opportunities that helps improve his skills and learn new ones. In other words, companies use innovations to compete and excel in the industry. Trainings, assignments, responsibilities and multiple projects are the privileges for them to prove their abilities, improve their skills and learn new things. In addition, Corporate Jobs helps expand network WITHIN the company or at most, WITHIN the industry. Home Based Business gives you the opportunity to meet the ENTIRE world through internet that never sleeps; opens up the door to meet millions and millions of people with whom you share your experiences and learn from their experiences too. While working in the Corporate World, I have personally witnessed employees being less creative and are not much willing to try new ideas due to the fact that any new idea goes through huge bureaucratic filtrations which obviously is not in our hands and sometimes they get very annoying. As I have personally experienced, in Corporate Job people tend to be very stressed out and their rewards are much less compared to the hard work required by the company.  These Corporate World problems cannot be resolved by us; we just work like a zomby and follow the rules set by the “Big” people. Now let’s look at the Home Based Business where everything is controlled by you. You are the “Big” people. Of course, even Home Based Business has some negative points, but since you control your business, every disadvantage, every negativity has a resolution.  The biggest pitfall of the Home Based Entrepreneurs is falling short on cash. Getting an expert advice on how to minimize taxes, forecasting startup costs and expenses, and having enough cash in the bank is the best solution. I have showed many different strategies on conserving money in various areas and I can also guide you. Another drawback of Home Based Business is that people don’t take you seriously and soon you give up. Now this is something that you and only you can resolve. After analyzing these advantages and disadvantages of Corporate Job and Home Based Business I can conclude that Home Based Business has more advantages than Corporate Jobs. In addition, every disadvantages that Home Based Business has, there is a solution to it; whereas, disadvantages of Corporate Jobs’ resolution is not in our hands.

Earn Fortunes and Spend Luxuriously

There is a free newspaper that circulates in and around the new york city subways called Metro. I saw an interesting article titled” Unemployed doesn’t mean unenjoyed.” This article is an answer to the question asked by one of the current unemployed “I’m a male professional who prides himself on his work and being able to afford the luxuries of city living. The problem is, I was laid off more than a year ago. In social situations, it’s uncomfortable when people inevitably ask me about my career, and I feel like I’ll never land a job. It’s also very difficult in the dating world to be unemployed. Girls expect me to pay, and I’ve always done so. How should I handle this?” Our focus in this article will be how to tackle unemployment. Article in the Metro suggested that one should network around as much as possible to find a new job due to the fact that there may be people out there who may know someone looking for hard working people in their company.

I do agree with the article in terms of networking, since it is the best way to make friends and get socialized. On the other hand, I don’t agree on looking for another job, which really means “Just Over Broke.” If you already have one that’s fine. Continue it. But if you are laid off then why look for another one instead work for yourself. Why do we need to go on the same path that we have already walked on? Being employed in a company itself brings stress each day with the loads of work and having constant pressure from boss and unemployment brings distress for the entire family which is what I read in another article this week and it is true, then why do we want this stress and distress to come back in our lives? Today with unemployment being 8% & 9%, there is no guarantee of any jobs, not even the one you may have found 2 days ago and we all know this is the fact. In addition, the increase in gas price is also increasing our expense as we have to commute everyday to work either in our own car or the public transportation which also raises fares as a result of rise in the gas price.

I believe, having a job, working for another company is spending fortunes while earning a handful. Instead, how about earning fortunes and spending luxuriously? Wondering if this is even possible? Well, nothing is impossible unless you have a heart to do it. Save on your gas and get rid of all the stress from work and/ or unemployment forever by starting a home based internet business.

People usually tend to run away from home based business because whatever they hear or read seems too good to be true and I don’t blame them because those quick rich schemes are scams. I am not going to make any false promises. you make what you deserve and your hard work and dedication decides on what you deserve.

Video marketing, as we discussed in Part 1 gave me an excellent result. It gave me the recognition that I had never even imagined of. One day I was in the mall and I met I was looking at something at some shop. I was just chit chatting with the sales person and then another sales person came. He told me that he has seen me somewhere and then he said that he saw my video on YouTube while he was searching for a legitimate Home Based Business. I was thrilled as I had never had any such experience. I felt like a rockstar J. He then told me that he has tried several Home Based Businesses but he ended up with more expenses than revenue, due to the fact that he did not have enough training and coaching from his mentor. We had a conversation about the Home Based Business. Today I am coaching and guiding him throughout his journey.

While our discussion went on and on; suddenly I got a call from my wife wondering where was I. This is when I realized that we were chatting since more than 1 hour and discovered that I has so much to say. So then I thought about putting all my ideas and experiences together and share them with my friends, current and future business partners. I started writing articles and went ahead with article marketing.

Article marketing: Article marketing is marketing a business with keyword-focused articles online. It is easy and builds credibility. It also helps build links, which are very important to market a website. These articles can be repurposed into many income streams. Article marketing is tested, proven and works for as long as your article is relevant. Title is the very first and most important part of an article, because this is where you need to grab your reader’s attention. The golden rule is to tell your readers within first three or four words of title on what the article has to offer them. Articles are marketed on websites and blogs, so make sure you follow the rules for writing good web articles. The most important information should be mentioned at the top of the body paragraph. Sentences and paragraphs should be kept short and make a good use of subheadings. In addition, deliver exactly what you promise in your title. If your title says 5 SEO tips, than do not go over or under 5. An average article marketed online is between 250 and 500 words. Another important part of article marketing is the biography of the author. This is where you will be able to show your expertise. You can market your articles on free sites such as EzineArticles.com and GoArticles.com. I use Ezinearticles as it is well policed so it is higher in quality and most trusted article submission site. They do not allow any duplication, so there is no way anyone can just copy and paste your article under their credentials. Once you publish your article on ezine, it will be reviewed by the experts to determine the approval of your article and then it will go live for your audience. People read my articles; some came and joined my business and some went on to the next. But I was looking for some feedbacks and exchanging comments and ideas with my readers. That’s when I found out about Blog Marketing. In addition to the article marketing sites, I started posting my articles on blogs.

Blog marketing: Blog marketing is to market an article or give out information, tips, suggestions, etc. via blogging sites. These are different than the regular websites, due to the fact that they feature daily or weekly posts, usually around a single topic. Search engines love fresh, new contents. When creating a page on static website, search engines recognize that page as a new content. Every new static page gets identified by the bots, such as Google’s bots. With a blog, every single article gets cached by bots and if you post a new blog every day, that’s every day search engines, gets notified for the new page created on a static websites. Blogs allow 2 way communications, of course with control settings. In other words, your readers are able to post any questions or concerns they may have on your posts and you are able to respond to their inquiries effectively. Also, blogs allow creating tags, which is the best way for people to find your blog through keywords. There are two ways you can use Blog marketing, one is to use the blogging sites such as www.blogspot.com and www.wordpress.com or you may create your own blogging site. As I was blogging my articles, I started getting comments and questions. As I would respond to them, I would get more and more ideas for my next articles and videos. It’s like a give and take process, I share/give my experiences and thoughts to my readers through my articles and responses and I learn/take their thoughts from their comments, questions and concerns.
